Reading Deepak Chopra's words on staying detached helps me to remember how much I love just doing art, not for any reason but that it gives me peace....and joy...and just being in the mystery of creating helps me live in the  moment....
Just have to add this video as it's such an inspiration to me, and I am sure to anyone else grappling with learning to just be in the process and enjoy what you are doing...
