The end of another year is beckoning...

It has been a year of endings...
The end of an amazing personal challenge and dream of mine.... Also the end of a relationship, (single again) this year too, that was also such a wonderful time for me. Teaching me how our experiences can change us in unexpected but positively empowering ways.
Completion can be motivating and character building, and I realise that friends, relationships, activities come and go when they are meant to, it gives us space to try out our new and improved selves.
I finished my studies and now have my counselling diploma.......AND, my daughter is now a Mother, ending her chances of going off for a days shopping by herself whenever she wants to (joke). I am so proud of my new grandson Mitchell, born 22nd October, and am full of love and joy abounding for this NEW life who had joined us all.
I suppose you could say it's been a year of new beginnings too. As one door shuts, as they say.... Just call me Grammy I don't mind at all.
I love doing collage/abstract painting so am getting ready to plunge into following my passion fully next year, and can't wait to get started. I decided I needed to take some more classes for inspiration and motivation. (click here for Flora Bowley's new E-course starting February 2012), and spending time in between seeing my clients following my dreams..in whatever direction life takes me.
