I am so wanting to put some of my mini journals into my Etsy shop, as it would be wonderful to sell some as I have made so many they are piling up! But, I keep wanting to get better at them first.

A wonderful art group lunch again, held at Bunyip nursery/winery, with Xmas gifts and journals exchanged and lots of laughter and love... the gifts I received all had birds featured, so must be a sign of something wonderful?...like freedom. lightness or higher views of life?...

This is the brooch I made for Mum for Xmas, in her fav. colours of turquoise and purple.

This is the art paper diary I made for my sister Jacqui in her fav. colours of jewel tones...

I was also very busy making sewing kits , using sari threads and fabrics and beading and button trims, including scissor holders and needle felts...all in fav colours for my friend Lucy's daughters and for my art group friends too...

Patsy's was in pinks and reds, Dot's was in purples and blues, Ro's was in oranges, reds & browns, and Jacky's was in light greens. I didn't take a pic of the finished kits unfortunately...
